7 Data Retention
rh360 retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods apply:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your active rh360 account, and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
- KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, as required by AMLC and PAGCOR regulations.
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR requirements.
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the final communication in a support thread, or longer if the matter involves an ongoing dispute or regulatory inquiry.
- Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw your marketing consent, after which your email address will be moved to a suppression list to ensure no further marketing emails are sent.
